Overview of the G7 Agriculture Ministers’ Meeting in Miyazaki Cooperation and Promotion Council

The G7 Agriculture Ministers’ Meeting in Miyazaki Cooperation and Promotion Council is preparing for the meeting to be held in Miyazaki City on April 22 (Sat.) and 23 (Sun.), 2023, by bringing together many people from a wide range of fields to ensure that everything is in place to host the meeting.

Purpose of establishment

To provide support and cooperation for the success of the G7 Agriculture Ministers’ Meeting in Miyazaki, and to promote the charms of Miyazaki Prefecture to people in Japan and around the world through its agriculture and hospitality with various local foods.

Undertakings

1. Promoting support and cooperation with the G7 Agriculture Ministers’ Meeting, along with preparations for receiving the delegates.
2. Planning and implementation of projects related to the G7 Agriculture Ministers’ Meeting.
3. Publicity and awareness-raising related to the G7 Agriculture Ministers’ Meeting.
4. Other activities necessary to achieve the objectives of the Council.
