Quality control testing for the determination of flubendazole and food additives on the food hygienic laboratories in Miyazaki prefecture

Abstract
The quality control testing for the determination of Fulbendazole(FBZ)and food additives was carried out among four−five laboratories for food hygienic inspection in Miyazaki prefecture. Testing samples were prepared with chicken, tsuyu(japanese soup preparation), juice, shoyu(soy sauce)spiked with Fulbendazole(FBZ), Benzoic acid(BA), Sorbic acid(SOA), Sodium saccharin(SA)at the concentration of 0.1μg/g, 0.48g/kg, 0.75g/kg, 0.375g/kg.

Testing performance each laboratory was assessed on the basis of Z-score. Z-scores for all laboratories were within the range of -2 to 2 in every testing item.

We have conducted collaborative trials attesting to the validity of a general relationship relative standard deviation(RSD_R). The interlaboratory reproducibility in each laboratory was good enough on the determination of results of proficiency testing on quantitative analysis. HORRAT values(HORRATr,HORRAT_R)were below 1.0 and indicated acceptable precision.

はじめに
本県では，平成10年度から「食品衛生検査施設における検査等の業務管理」^1)，2)（GLP）を導入し，食品衛生法に基づく収去検査は検査実施標準作業書（SOP）により行っている．

外部精度管理については，財団法人食品薬品安全センターにより実施されている．さらに本県では，食品衛生検査精度を維持するために，食肉衛生検査所，保健所等の検査機関に対して技術研修業務を行っている当所が中心になり，各検査機関自らが行う内部精度管理とは別に検査方法等を統一して，精度管理調査を行うことにしている．

ところで，当所をはじめ食肉衛生検査所，保健所等においては，フルベンダゾール（FBZ）, 安息香酸（BA），ソルビン酸（SOA），サッカリンナトリウム（SA）については，同じ内容のSOPで分析している．

しかし，異なる試験検査室間においては，綿密に調製されて配布された同一の試料を，同じ検査方法によって分析したときでさえ，結果のばらつきは，偶然誤差³⁾から予期される範囲をはるかに超えることがしばしばある．

一般に，室間再現精度は併行再現精³⁾度よりも大きく，この2つの精度に対しては，分析者，日，使用機器等の変動が寄与する．

併行再現精度は一般に行われる繰り返し実験の結果から評価されるが，室間再現精度の評価には試験室間の試験が必要である^3)，4)．

併行再現精度を相対標準偏差で示した値がRSDrであり，室間再現精度を相対標準偏差で示した値がRSD_Rである⁵⁾．

今回，当所で，平成12年度から平成15年度までの試料の調製や検査方法の選定，各機関報告書の解析評価等を行った．

また，精度管理調査のデータについて，分散分析を行い併行再現精度，室間再現精度，RSDr及びRSD_Rを求め，さらにHORRAT値⁶⁾により分析法の精度についても検討したので報告する．
